With the Naval Academy, is it really easy to find seamen in Annapolis?

One of my goals ... many of the bars in Annapolis are off limits tom them! Actaully the best spot to meet them is the local Subway... it's within walking distance of the yard (campus). They are looking for fast food...

What I really want is to do one of the female middies!
